The Company confirms that the information and personal data you have submitted, or will submit in the future, as a client of the Company, is/will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of European Union legislation on personal data protection and used only for the provision of mutually agreed services and for communication. By submitting your data, you agree that the data is processed and stored for the entire data processing period, which will not exceed the term of the contract, and in the cases specified in legislation, after the initial processing for as long as necessary under applicable law.
The collected data will not be transferred to third parties, except where such an obligation is imposed by law, or where the transfer of data is necessary for the provision of mutually agreed services.
The Company is responsible for the transfer of your data to third parties and will inform you in writing in advance about the persons to whom your data will be transferred.
